This Project Scope of Work is for the complete lead and asbestos inspection of all structures and units.  All units were constructed during the same time period (1970’s).  This project is unique in that the abatement has been conducted while some units remain occupied.  Lead is not a concern here as there was only one sample that was tested that was positive for lead paint.  However, a TCLP analysis will still be conducted on building materials that are disposed of as solid waste.  All-Phase has conducted the abatement oversight, air monitoring and all aspects of the project until units are ready for rehabilitation.   Additionally, All-Phase has been awarded the energy analysis portion of the contract including a HERS evaluation and Energy Star evaluation of each unit.  The Lead and Asbestos Project consists of the following:

  • HUD Inspection
  • AHERA Inspection
  • Project Design – Bid Specification and Bid Documents
  • Abatement Oversight
  • Air monitoring and Clearances
  • Sign Demolition Permit
  • All PCM samples analyzed in our in-house PCM lab
