Mrs. Eslinger has aspired to develop a system that takes a client from the initial phases of environmental site assessment to closure of a site with the state of Colorado, if necessary. She has VAST EXPERIENCE in site investigations, including subsurface soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, and filing SSF (Site Summary Form), SCR (Site Characterization Report) and NFAR (No Further Action Required) reports with the Department of Labor and Employment Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS). Ms Eslinger has completed numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's) and has consulted on several Phase II ESA's, including extensive gasoline station clean-ups. She is a specialist in subsurface soil investigations., specifically establishing the degree of contamination, delineating the contamination, including groundwater monitoring and finally determining the best remediation techniques.
Brandice became a certified asbestos inspector in March of 200 and has since completed many asbestos inspections, including an extensive project with City-County Library District. Her position requires extensive knowledge of current technological trends in the environmental field and the equipment pertaining to environmental site assessments, as well as maintaining a highly efficient environmental services office to serve the community.

Mr. Workentine was the facility environmental compliance manager for two solution mining, evaporation, packaging and distribution facilities. He was responsible for management of all environmental compliance activities including regulatory reporting for Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, hazardous waste disposal, water rights usage, SARA 311, 312, and 313 chemical usage, and Classes I, III and V Underground Injection Control permits.
Mr. Workentine also developed internal compliance and employee training programs, protocols and procedures. He was responsible for monthly facility wide environmental compliance audits. Mr. Workentine emphasized recycling, reusing or replacement of hazardous chemicals with less hazardous, equally-useful chemicals.
