APEC proposes
to provide you, the “client”, with a complete Phase I or TS ESA inspection
that will comply with the ASTM Standard for Environmental Site Assessments on
Commercial Real Estate (1527-00 and 1528-00). The staff of APEC will perform the inspection. APEC understands the purpose of the
environmental site assessment is to provide data to support findings and
conclusions on the property. Payment for services is due upon completion and
delivery of report. Payment for services is due upon completion and delivery
of report (net 30 days $25 late fee applies).

Access is to be provided by the “Client” and the
“Client” will incur all costs associated with obtaining access. This
inspection does NOT include any testing of soil, groundwater, asbestos, radon
or any other types of substance.
