    • Went on Site and conducted a Phase I Environment Site Assessment on the Property
    • Researched information regarding the property including: Fire and Health Department Interviews, ordered an Environmental Database Report, Courthouse Chain of Title and Plat Maps, City Directories Search, Historical Aerial Photographs Search, Topography Maps as well as Soil Maps, A Site Map for the property and researched any other information relative to the Site
    • Compiled a detailed photo log of the property to be submitted with the report
    • Prepared a written report detailing the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and any conclusions and recommendations needed for the Site
    • Conducted ASTM non-scope items including an asbestos inspection; lead-based paint inspection and radon testing
